初代道辰は初め長道の門人となり後に上京して三代金道の門人となります。

尾崎源五右衛門助隆は大坂新々刀を代表する刀工で、作風は小板目肌がよく詰んだ鍛えに、助広風の濤瀾刃を得意とし、匂深く小沸よくつき、匂口が明るく冴えたものです。

後藤一乗は、日本の幕末から明治にかけて架けて活躍した刀装金工。後藤家の掉尾を飾る名工として知られる。
